His signature Red Jacket comes from a distinguished career in fashion and interior design. After working for Bonwit Teller, David became the Managing Director of Blair Delmonico, bringing the design firm to international acclaim via Harrods, Saks, Town & Country and Harper’s Bazaar.

A seasoned veteran, formidable negotiator and fiercely responsible advocate for his buyers, sellers and investors, David has built a career on delivering results for his clientele, who more often than not become friends for life.

Olivier Chartrand

Olivier believes in putting others first. In his real estate career this translates in always giving the client the very best of himself.
Olivier has more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing related to real estate and other luxury sectors, consistently managing relationships with local, regional and international clients.
Born and raised in Montreal, Canada he worked for some of the major advertisement agencies handling accounts like National Bank of Canada and Cirque du Soleil.
After the 2008 real estate crisis, the real estate industry in North America benefited greatly from foreign investors. From that point on, Olivier captured the trend and brought both Asian and European investors to local real estate developers. His ability to communicate in Mandarin, French and English with command has been put to good use.
After moving to New York, he worked on establishing a luxury lifestyle publication. He created both bespoke events and marketing campaigns for such iconic brands as Louis Vuitton, Chopard, Dior, Faberge and DeWitt Watches.

A mutual love of fashion, design and the color red brought David and Tammra. Tammra’s early stint as a fashion model let her to interior design and interior led her to real estate and it has culminated in the great partnership with Red Jacket Residential. Tammra is all about optics-she sees beyond the empty room. She creatively brings to life settings that buyers could not have imagined and helps transform a dull room to a fabulous in entertaining space.
